Milhoux lined up for the 1956 German Grand Prix at the legendary Nürburgring, with the race taking place on 5 August 1956. Competing against some of the era’s biggest names, his race came to an unfortunate end. After completing 15 laps, an engine failure forced him to retire from the Grand Prix.

Although his only Formula One World Championship start did not result in a points finish, Milhoux earned his place in the record books as one of Belgium’s earliest drivers on the F1 grid.
