Keith Anthony Greene, born on 5 January 1938, made six World Championship entries between 1959 and 1962, although not all became race starts. He scored no championship points and also appeared regularly in non-championship Formula One events.

His earlier sports-car form had been much more productive. Driving a Cooper T39 in 1956, Greene finished in the top six in ten of eleven races, taking two victories and three further podiums.
After his own driving career, he moved into team management in Formula 5000 and sports cars. His work included involvement with Hexagon of Highgate’s motorcycle activities during the mid-1970s and managing Alain de Cadenet’s Le Mans effort. It was a career with a substantial second act behind the scenes. Greene died following cardiac arrest on 8 March 2021, aged 83.
