Oswald Karch (6 March 1917 – 28 January 2009) was a German racing driver whose career included Formula Two competition on both sides of the divided country.

Karch initially raced a BMW-based special before progressing to a Veritas RS. His only Formula One World Championship appearance came at the 1953 German Grand Prix.
Although he failed to record a qualifying time, officials permitted Karch to join the enormous 34-car field from the back of the grid. He climbed to 22nd before engine failure ended his race on lap 11.
Karch returned to German national competition during 1954 and also entered the 12 Hours of Casablanca. He finished sixth in his class at the Moroccan endurance race.
Following a period of illness, Karch died in a Mannheim nursing home on 28 January 2009. He was 91.
