André Testut was a French-born racing driver and team owner from Monaco who competed in sports car racing and made brief attempts to enter Formula One in the late 1950s.

Testut made his racing debut in September 1956 at the Course de Côte de Vuillafans-Échevannes in France, driving an O.S.C.A. MT4 roadster and finishing second. Later that month, he secured another strong result with a third-place finish in a Porsche 356 at the Coupe d’Automne.
In 1957, he teamed up with fellow Monegasque driver Louis Chiron for the Mille Miglia. Competing in a Citroën DS19 under the Montecarlo Team name, the pair finished 103rd.
That same year, Testut achieved a notable success by winning the Vuillafans-Échevannes sports car event, earning a congratulatory letter from the Maserati brothers, founders of O.S.C.A. after their departure from Maserati.
Testut attempted to compete in Formula One by entering the Monaco Grand Prix in both 1958 and 1959, driving a Maserati 250F. However, he failed to qualify on both occasions. In 1958, he also entered a car for Chiron, marking the final Monaco appearances for both drivers.
He showed more promise in non-championship racing, particularly at the Syracuse Grand Prix in 1958, where he ran as high as seventh before retiring late in the race due to engine failure.
