Philip Fotheringham-Parker (22 September 1907 – 15 October 1981) was a British racing driver whose varied career included Formula One, Le Mans and the Monte Carlo Rally.

Fotheringham-Parker made his World Championship appearance at the 1951 British Grand Prix, lining up in a privately entered Maserati 4CL. His race was cut short by an oil-pipe problem, but there was considerably better fortune later that year. At Winfield, he won the 1951 Scottish Grand Prix, a non-championship Formula One event, giving him one of the standout results of his career.
Endurance racing was also on the agenda. In 1953, Fotheringham-Parker entered the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans, sharing a car with Sydney Allard. Their challenge barely had time to get going, however, as the pair were forced to retire after just four laps.
Never one to restrict himself to the circuit, Fotheringham-Parker subsequently tried his hand at rallying. In 1954, he tackled the famous Monte Carlo Rally behind the wheel of a Ford Zephyr, adding another very different discipline to a racing résumé that stretched from Grand Prix cars to endurance racing and international rallying.
