Verstappen also recorded his 92nd career podium. Lando Norris claimed the 10th podium of his Formula 1 career, becoming the 80th driver to score ten podium finishes and the 17th British driver to do so. Oscar Piastri secured the first podium of his career, becoming the 216th different podium finisher in Formula 1, the sixth Australian driver to stand on the podium, and the first Australian podium finisher since 2021. McLaren’s double podium was significant too, marking the team’s 498th and 499th podium finishes, while Red Bull reached its 257th podium.

In qualifying, Verstappen claimed the 29th pole position of his Formula 1 career and Red Bull’s 92nd pole. Verstappen also recorded his 54th front row start, while Piastri lined up on the front row for the first time. That made Piastri the 157th different Formula 1 driver to start from the front row, the fifth Australian to achieve the feat, and the first Australian front row starter since 2021.

Verstappen’s race also delivered his 28th fastest lap and Red Bull’s 93rd. By converting pole into victory, he scored the 24th pole-and-win combination of his career. Because he also set the fastest lap, it became the 15th time he had completed a win and fastest lap double, and the ninth hat-trick of his career with pole position, victory and fastest lap all in the same Grand Prix.
