2023 United States Grand Prix winner

At the 2023 United States Grand Prix, Lando Norris and George Russell each made the 100th World Championship race start of their careers, becoming the 78th and 79th drivers to reach that milestone and the 13th and 14th British drivers to do so.

Max Verstappen took the 50th win of his Formula 1 career, becoming the fifth driver to reach 50 World Championship victories and the first Dutch driver to do so. It was also the 109th World Championship win for Red Bull.

The podium marked the 94th for Max Verstappen, the 18th for Carlos Sainz, and the 12th for Lando Norris. For constructors, it was the 804th World Championship podium for Ferrari, the 502nd for McLaren, and the 259th for Red Bull.

Charles Leclerc secured the 21st pole position of his Formula 1 career, while Ferrari recorded its 247th World Championship pole.

Yuki Tsunoda set the first fastest lap of his Formula 1 career, becoming the 138th different World Championship fastest lap setter and the third Japanese driver to do so. He was also the first Japanese driver to record a fastest lap since 2012. For AlphaTauri, it was the team’s second fastest lap and its first since 2021.

On the front row, Charles Leclerc made his 27th start from the top two on the grid, while Lando Norris made his fifth.

Logan Sargeant recorded the first and only World Championship point of his Formula 1 career, becoming the 351st different points scorer and the 52nd American driver to score in the World Championship.
