2022 United States Grand Prix winner

The 2022 United States Grand Prix was the 2022 Constructors’ title decider, with Red Bull securing the championship while Max Verstappen took the 33rd win of his Formula 1 career. It was the 90th World Championship victory for Red Bull, making it the fifth constructor to reach 90 wins.

The podium marked the 189th for Lewis Hamilton, the 75th for Max Verstappen, and the 23rd for Charles Leclerc. For constructors, it was the 796th World Championship podium for Ferrari, the 278th for Mercedes, and the 230th for Red Bull.

Carlos Sainz secured the third pole position of his Formula 1 career, while Ferrari recorded its 242nd World Championship pole.

George Russell set the third fastest lap of his Formula 1 career, and it was the 98th World Championship fastest lap for Mercedes.

On the front row, Max Verstappen made his 40th front row start, becoming the 16th driver to achieve that mark and the first Dutch driver to do so, while Carlos Sainz made his seventh.
